TO ORDER:
To place orders, please call 717-432-9203 or fax to 717-432-0846. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed during the business week. If an order contains a part that is out of stock, you have the choice of shipping what is in stock and back ordering the part that is out of stock, or having the order shipped when all parts are in stock. Back ordered parts are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.There is no minimum order amount. You have the choice of shipping method no matter the size of the order.
SHIPPING:
You pay actual shipping costs as charged by the carrier. In general these costs are based on the weight of the order and the shipping zone to which it is being sent. You also pay for any insurance cost that is charged by the carrier. All orders over $10.00 will be insured, no exceptions. In addition to the shipping and insurance costs, a small handling fee is added to each order. The fee is to cover the cost of boxes and packing materials used. I DO NOT use handling fees as another income/profit source. Carriers used are the US Postal Service, United Parcel Service and Federal Express. At the time of the order you can choose which carrier and the level of service you want.
